Went there today and needed help/guidance on flooring tiles. The guy at the info( blue/green eyes and large beard)was really loud and aggressive, he assumed that you should know how to do it, and was really unhelpful. Why stand at the info point, when your not actually helping anyone?? not coming here due to rude and aggressive customer service.
