It was an excellent experience buying a car from Autohaus Stern in Bremen, and importing it to Belgium. Hafiz and his team are knowledgable, honest and went out of their way to make sure that the whole process goes smoothly. The car had been described in great detail, along with all the documentation that was asked for. There were no hidden issues or anything which was left unmentioned. The car itself had been cleaned nicely, and the whole process went about smoothly. I would highly recommend Autohaus Stern Bremen - their expertise and honesty made it worthwhile to import the car from Germany.

Warning! We had contacted Marcus at Stern Autohaus Bremen and were interested in a Mercedes G350. He told us everything was great with the car and we could just come and pick it up. After driving all the way from Sweden to Bremen we arrived and met Marcus and then had a look at the car. We could immediately see that something was wrong with the front of the car. It's was missing the original part of the bumper and the grille was not centered. When we took the Mercedes G350 for a test drive I experienced right away that the transmission was not working correctly. It didn't shift up in gear. We had to drive back to the shop. We were wondering why the auto had not been tested before asking us to drive all the way from Sweden to pick up a car we had purchased based on what they said was a perfect car. Marcus promised to pay for our trip and hotel. But he never did. He is not a man who keeps his word. And the problem with car was a vacuum pump. We never purchased the car. We drove back to sweden very disappointed.

Hallo.Ich wollte über dieses Autohaus schreiben, Autos im Inneren liegen vernachlässigte Zigaretten an den Seiten der Sitze.Das Lenkrad ist klebrig. Aber die Preise sind sehr gut. Die Adresse muss vergessen werden.

Top Werkstatt. Das Team vor Ort nicht nur super nett sondern fachlich auf einem absolutem Top Level. Haben die Inspection für unseren Nissan SUV, den wir erst ein Jahr haben, dort machen lassen. Durch den anstehenden TÜV wurde auch direkt gesichtet ob was gemacht werden muss. Allein diese Prüfung war so kompetent...zeigen einem alles am Auto und erklären. Wir brauchten neue Reifen, neue Axialgelenke und Bremsen, mal abgesehen von einigen Filtern und Ölwechsel. Die Beratung für die Teile selbst auch Top. Haben gestern unser Auto dort abgeholt. Was soll ich sagen....das Auto fährt tatsächlich viel besser als vorher. Wir haben das Auto mit TÜV Plakete und einer innen und außen Reinigung zurück bekommen. Der Wagen sieht aus wie frisch vom Band. Preis Leistung Top und fair. Vielen lieben Dank!
