Unfortunately, I came down with a really bad sinus infection on Tenerife. I called aqua med and immediately received professional advice and aid on how to perhaps be able to dive still. However, as my health did not improve fast enough, I skipped the diving on that trip. The support by aqua med was outstanding though. They even asked me if everything was alright again after I got back home! Getting your diving insurance here is highly recommended.

I carried this insurance for three years. At first I was happy with the service. I even recommenced it to my friend. Now my friend can’t stop his insurance in a normal way. Auqamed keeps harassing him after he stopped his insurance. They demand payment for a product he stopped in advance and is not using! Outrageous! Threatening him with German law etc! We live in NL and European law applies! Never ever will I recommend this company again.
Sehr gute Tauchversicherung. Sowohl für den ",normalen" Sporttaucher, wie auch für einen Tauchlehrer. Schon bei Anruf wird einem am Telefon sehr gute Hilfestellungen gegeben. Würde Aqua-Med nicht nur empfehlen, sondern jedem Taucher eine solche Versicherung wärmstens empfehlen abzuschließen, bevor es im Falle eines Tauchunfalls einmal zu spät ist.
