Hey Telekom! I figured I would write you here directly. We've been having trouble with service and your customer service team. We've been using your service with 16mbs for quite a while now without an issue and for the last 3 weeks, there's been disruption in the service EVERY DAY. We called and upgraded to 100 mb/s because apparently it was a question of speed (how can disruption be triggered by speed, you ask? I don't know!) and they wouldn't send us a tech. We upgraded on Monday and the guy on the phone said it would be live on Friday. Now it's Friday, the whole connection is down, we called and one condescending lady employee told us to check the email to see the time when it's supposed to be live. We had to repeat on many occasions that we didn't have a time set in the email and then she said, well it'll be somewhere between now and 21:00. We can't afford to have a disruption until 21:00 as we (my wife and I) both run businesses from home. No one apologized in the process and we need this fixed as soon as possible. Let's see how fast can you answer!
