A year ago I took my friends here twice for repairing their glasses, the service was good and free (while no other Optiker were willing to repair) and the staff was friendly. Today I decided to get myself a new pair of glasses and without any doubt I came here for Beratung (very glad that I did). I explained that my old frame was broken and asked if it would be possible to only change a new frame and use the same lenses, or it would be better to get a brand new pair, how much would it be etc. The girl then asked if I had them with me and immediately made a test on the current glass lenses I have and told me about the price if I want to have the same type of lenses, or if I’d like to have blue light filter it would cost a bit more. I also asked about contact lenses, which type they have and the prices, basically i had so many questioned and the girl was very patient to answer all of them. Super friendly and professional, definitely recommend!

Ich gehe schon seit Jahren zu Dancker und bin sehr zufrieden. Man wird schon freundlich an der Türe erwartet und wird auch freundlich bedient. Hatte ein kleines Problem mit meiner Brille und bin spontan zu Dancker, mir wurde sofort weitergeholfen. Das nenne ich Dienst am Kunden. Da ich selbst im Kundendienst tätig bin weiß ich dies sehr zu schätzen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Frau Pahlke und Herrn Engelmann.
Vielen herzlichen Dank! Nach einer Woche Tragen war ich sehr unglücklich mit meiner neuen Gleitsichtbrille. Die Brille war einfach zu groß für mein Gesicht. Mein Problem wurde äußerst kulant und schnell gelöst. Ich konnte mir ein neues kleineres Modell aussuchen und die Gläser noch am gleichen Tag verkleinert und eingesetzt werden. Großartig!!
