I would like to recommend Lexus Bonn, I had a great experience with them, my windshield had a crack from the top all the way to the bottom (Lexus IS300h), I had a full replacement of it, in exchange I had a spare car (I only needed to fuel it back to full), a fair price for the replacement of the windshield and a great attention from the side of the guys who work there, even when l'm not a German speaker. Well done

Awesome service! Something went wrong with the reservation of my service-appointment for tirechange and wintercheck, but they were still able to fit me in on the same day somehow. Really nice and competent crew. Love being able to get a replacement bike for the day your car is being serviced!

This car dealer as well as it’s car repair service, in my humble opinion, doesn’t belong to classical understanding what the service for automobile enthusiasts should be. As a 10 years plus ADAC member, i wouldn’t recommend it.

Worst experience ever. Not at all committed to the Lexus values. Incompetent, unfriendly and dishonest. They charged me over 1.000 for a diagnosis with no result! The engine error code indicated a faulty ignition coil. How can they not find the error? My home garage replaced the coil and solved the problem in minutes! 3H Automobile/Lexus Bonn was incompetent, they diagnosed and kept on diagnosing without even testing the faulty coil! I informed service staff and management of my dissatisfaction. They couldn’t care less. Wouldn’t even take card payment. User/customer experience below zero. It made me so angry. Sadly I have to give one star minimum rating. Stay away from here, you have been warned.
