So unsatisfied with BMW quality and service within the local agency in the UAE. I am facing an issue with the inner wall of the door that got “melted” out of the sudden! as you can see in the picture attached, and it’s very strange as am not driving the car much, and it’s parked in a well shaded parking (basement parking). Customer service at AGMC stated that this problem has Occurred before With other BMW cars and that they r not will willing to fix it. Is this normal to occur with BMW; to have part of the interiors plastic material melted? And if that’s so, how come those cars are being shipped to be sold in warm countries like the UAE. I am very disappointed, as I have been A BMW long time advocate and I have always praised BMW and AGMC for the great service they provide; a highly priced service but well justified and to me it was totally worth It. Until this moment.
Dear BMW GM I have bought a BMW Z4 2016 model zero milage chase number WBALL5101GJ243558 From your dealership at Mecca street Amman, Jordan Last Christmas 2019. This car has been in and out of the dealership maintenance for a defective ABS for four months out of 10 of this 2020 year. Add to that 3 months of quarantine makes it 4 months of usage in winter. I did not use the car all this summer. I bought zero milage BMW under waranty from the official dealer Abu Khader so that I can enjoy at least my Batman z4 mobile under the sun. I have been saving up for the past five years to buy this dream car and BMW has failed me. I want a brand new z4 2016 replacement for my defective car immediately as well as compensation for my lost dreams and summer days that I don't have so many left.
