This is the worst and the most unfrindley bmw shop i have ever been to , i came down from denmark to buy a new rim for my gsa 1200 and the guy i spoke to did not know anything and he did not even try to find any other person to help me he was just sitting behind his desk and smile and keep saying what can i say we dont have , we have , no , maybe find anoter shop or come back another day ......????but after one hour he manages to find one , we also came there to buy motorbike clothes, but we ended up leaving and went to louis where we had much better service , maybe bmw has become tooooo big ? ill newer come back

Ich habe mir nochmal zur Rente einen Motorradwunsch beim BMW Motorrad Zentrum in Hamburg erfüllt, eine GTL mit entsprechender Ausstattung sollte es sein,Frau Heilmann,meine Verkaufsberaterin hat hier ganze Arbeit geleistet und mit mir zusammen ein tolles Bike zusammengestellt. Durch Corona bedingt kam es zu Lieferschwierigkeiten im Werk Spandau,aber dies hat das NDL Team mit tollem Service wieder gut gemacht.Auch Herr Wunder und Frau Jänicke von der Disposition waren bestrebt meine Papiere für die Zulassung Zeitnah zukommen zu lassen. Abschließend würde ich hier immer wieder ein Bike kaufen, weil Service ist nicht überall Service. Danke nochmal an alle
