The flowers I received as a ceremonial gift were wilted from day 1. I was told to come in, they will see how they can assist. Mind you, I followed the care packet instructions...as it's not the first time I'm receiving flowers. The taller of the two associates approaches me, and says \you don't want the flowers?\ I respond by saying I'd like some fresher flowers that aren't wilted. Also said they do not have to be a 40 bouquet, just something vibrant and fresh. I backed up a little into a part of the store that wasn't jammed packed (Valentine's Day) and also to communicate my concerns discreetly. THIS LADY, parade's the Rose's all over the store to get every employee's opinion on the condition of the bouquet! She trims the stems and begins to speak loudly and tell me the Rose's are perfectly fine! ABSOLUTELY FINE! She's been selling these flowers for 30 years and they are just fine! I responded no, they're not absolutely perfectly fine, they are wilted. I asked her if she would buy these for a loved one or appreciate receiving these wilted jokers? (Crickets) It took everything in me not to act up in that store, especially in front of customer. I left the store and those floppy Rose's! Just because a person has been doing the same thing for 30 years doesn't mean they are doing it right! Customer satisfaction and service from the heart are clearly not a priority in that place. It's unfortunate that it's dang near the only florist near Smith Barracks. I'd buy a million rose's from Globus before I go back in that flower flop! #HeartBroken

Wonderful place to find all things flowers and plants. Amazing customer service and fair prices. Absolutely adorable little place, sure to spark creativity. Anything from cut arrangement to potted plants. There is also a large variety of outdoor plants in the backyard. These people live their craft and it shows. Highly recommend!

Gelleigh Beanz, Your Comment is absolutely not true. I Saw the flowers after you brought them back to the store. Well i have to tell you,that flowers need water. The flowers, the storeowner put back in the water and a half a hour later they looked like new. I would say bevore you write lie, you should google how to take care of flowers. We are talking here of a high quality flower shop what is in Baumholder since almost 50 years. And another thing is, that the workers there are very well trained and have very good skills to take care of flowers not like you! so next time, put some water in the vase bevore you put flowers in... i never thought i gonna write to a gelleigh bean.
