From the beginning the the staff was very responsive, nice and patient answering many questions and providing us with great service. During the two days job at our apartment they all have done a great job and left it in new condition at the end. We would definitely continue working with Blitz Umzüge in the future.
Absolute Disaster. Packers were 1 1/2 hours late without informing us. Came only with 2 packers for a 120 m2 apartment- with no tape, pencil & bubblewrap. Inexperienced staff (first day @ work) and no foreman to oversee. In some cases Items (clocks, pictures etc) weren’t packed at all and just stuffed into boxes. We had to catalogue ourselves what & how many boxes left our place after we requested several times an items list which apparently wasn’t available that day. we called their office about 10 x to complain and they promised to send more and experienced staff at lunch time but this promised crew only arrived at 5 pm. This move took from 9.30 am until 10 pm!!!!! Packers helped themselves without asking and took food out of our freezer and fridge and smoked our cigarettes. We moved a lot within Germany and overseas and never came across a more unprofessional company. After the move we received a phone call of the manager with an apology that he had been on holiday and staff called in sick that day and he couldn’t rely on them when he’s not there.... After unpacking we realized a few things got broken and after 2 emails sent (within 2 weeks) we still have NO reply whatsoever after 3 weeks regarding the insurance completion. This is why I’m writing this now. A one liner mail that they will process our claim and get back to us soon would have done the job. But nothing at all after all that trouble is a shame! Absolutely disgusted and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
My boyfriend spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who organised the movers to come. However, the \men\ that turned up were the complete opposite. They were extremely rude and complained the whole time about how much work they had to do. One of them pretended to call the main office and complained that we were working him to the bone and breaking his back. He moaned at every step about how heavy everything was, and even told us that we had to move stuff too. Of course everything took much longer in the end because of their theatre. They were extremely unpleasant and unsavoury characters and were very rude to our new neighbours too. There were children around in the Hof at our new flat and the men swore at them to go away. I could not believe my eyes!
