I started playing golf about 4 years ago with the old clubs from my brother-in-law and recently decided to upgrade to my 1st set of fitted clubs. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and patience of Christian at GFA. He doesn't give you the feel that he's just looking to make a sale, rather ensure that you are equipped with the right club to further your game. I'm very pleased with the result and can recommend anybody looking to do the same to make an appointment.

Achtung verkaufen eindeutig gebrauchte oder retournierte Ware als NEU. Auf eine Reklamation diesbezüglich warte ich seit 17.03.21 auf eine Antwort. Schade der Versand war schenll und der Erstkontakt freundlich und hilfreich.

Leider kein guter Eindruck. Auf meine Nachfrage zwei Wochen nach dem mitgeteilten Versanddatum, wann der Artikel versendet werde, erfolgte keine Antwort. Fünf Wochen nach der Bestellung erhielt ich den gezahlten Betrag per PayPal zurück. Eine E-Mail von GFA erhielt ich nicht (z.B. Artikel nicht lieferbar). Schade. Kundenservice sieht anders aus.

Speziell auf der Suche nach neuem Clicgear-Zubehör. Ich habe nur ein sehr gutes Angebot bei GFA gefunden. Die Bestellung war innerhalb weniger Tage ordentlich verpackt und in den Niederlanden zu Hause. Die Kommunikation von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung war sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Herzlich zu empfehlen.
