Nice place, very nice people work here - of course you need to be polite too. Especially helpful was the lady at the Info desk. Bonus points if you speak some German. I don't even know why its rating is so low - I finished my stuff here very quickly and when I said I forgot my passport they allowed me to go home to pick it and be back, even though I was late for my appointment by then - they just issued me another e-queue ticket.

Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff who don't even know the rules and laws in Germany or the EU. You're better off going to stadt-mitte or somewhere else where they have actually received an education.

It is so disorganized. I was there at 6am in the morning and waited till my turn to come.it was nearly 11:50 while women from reception came and informed that they couldn't takeover the process anymore because they are closing at 12:00 and also asked randomly for the aufenthalt if someone needs a bescheinigung urgently, not even seeing the person, neither any documents. It was just like you are on a busy fishmarket. And when I asked what about us who were waiting since early morning? Their answer was just \we don't know.\ How disrespectful it was. And also when asked to information desk her answer was also the same \I don't know.\ So how can we know then? If they can't takeover all the applicants then they would have informed early. And we don't have any place to complain either. Everyone's time is valuable, All the people visiting there do have someworks to do,beside that they take out time to come early in the morning and maybe everyone doesn't have time everyday or every morning to be present there. Beside those how would it feel when you come to know after wasting your 5-6 hours there ,getting nothing as a result, your applications can't be proceed today. If they have a sharp time then they should not accept all those applicants. We are there early hoping our work would be done successfully and on time. But what when nothing happens?????? It's really disappointing .

I am a foreigner, who just arrived in Germany and they expect me to speak in German. I went to the other official places, and the people there were quite nice. Here people are also quite rude.
