We were 3min late to the event, however, the event hadn't started so we didn't miss anything and they still allowed us entrance. Very kind ladies working there. The woman who narrated the Aurora event seemed genuinely into the topic and did a wonderful job portraying her knowledge and passion. I don't know if she was new or experienced, but a big applause to her. The place itself is pretty dang cold but very spacious and I left feeling educated. I look forward to going back to see what other experiences we can have.

I thoroughly enjoyed tonight's presentation on the Auroras. Very interesting and always informative and entertaining. The evening was very well handled with seating arranged in such a way as to maintain social distancing. The facility also has several alcohol/hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the venue for those to whom it is important.
Really enjoyed the planetarium. We went to see the Queen show and it was amazing. The staff were polite and helpful and showed us to our seats individually. Would 100 percent recommend that you visit. It's definitely a hidden gem in Berlin.
I enjoyed going there before pandemic, was like being a kid again :)
great place ... great shows... nice for families ..i loved it
Really imptessive virtual reality shows... They have also english translations some times...
This building looks spacy and the show brings you into another dimension. You might understand that the human race are just a second of the universe and are not able to destroy the universe but for sure we can damage our world. It a good choice to go there from time to time to reflect what's all about science and space.
Friendly staff and a nice portfolio of events.
