I lived in this apartment from October 2019 to September, 2020. All was great until I left the apartment and requested for my deposit to be returned. I left the apartment mid September and till date I have not received my funds despite sending several reminders to the team (I am writing this on November 23, 2020). As if that wasn't not bad enough, today, I received an email informing me that that only 441 Euros out of my 1600 Euros deposit will be returned (they cited some flat maintenance fee and payment for October). I have responded and contested these arbitrary changes. I anticipate that my clamor for my full refund will be a long drawn out one, but I have made it clear to them that I would not relent until justice is done. I will post a progress update here and on other social media channels as the fight for my full refund progresses. I regret that it has come to this because I had a good time living there, but since capitalist greed is about to trump decency in this case, I will do my best to seek redress. COUNTDOWN DAY 1( September, 24): My email to the team is yet to be replied. I have written them again to ask for my money to. be returned (email replied. I sent a rejoinder - 11.15EST).

Very good residence for students. The building is completely new and the apartments are really nice. They are as shown in the web. A big room with a complete kitchen, bathroom and all the necessary to live in. New and modern fully furnished apartments with a lot of space and in a great location with a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, greengrocers, etc. Very close to the city centre with U-Bahn lines and Bus stops near the residence. The best all-inclusive student apartments I have ever seen. Thanks to Goran and Sandra for helping us with our doubts. They are very very kind :-)
Very nice bathroom
Ich habe vom Juli 2019 bis Juni 2020 bei YOUNIQ gewohnt und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort einziehen. Goran ist sehr engagiert und hilft bei jeder Kleinigkeit. Ich habe mich in der gesamten Zeit wohlgefühlt und vor allem sicher. Die Lage ist hervorragend - man ist überall schnell fußläufig bzw. mit der U-Bahn oder Bus. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern - sehr stilvoll. Ein Stern ziehe ich ab, weil die Miete schon relativ hoch ist. Die Abwicklung beim Auszug ging problemlos bzw. die Kaution wurde innerhalb von 8 Wochen zurückgezahlt.
Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Team. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem gesamtem Ablauf gewesen. Die Apartments sind genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert
Goran und Sandra sind wirklich sehr nett und engagiert. :) Klasse Wohnkomfort!! Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung!!
Ganz tolles Haus!! Scouts sehr nett und hilfsbereit- Es wird einem alles genau erklärt, Fragen werden beantwortet,- das Haus und die Apartments super schön und total durchdacht mit viel Stauraum! Keine versteckte Kosten, Verträge sind klar und deutlich aufgestellt, Zum Glück gibt es Youniq für Studenten, da wir sonst keine Möglichkeit gehabt hätten von außerhalb ein Zimmer / Whg. in Berlin anzumieten. Danke an das Youniq Team - 5 Sterne :-)
