No customer service, no COVID Guidelines, nobody answer my calls or my emails. Does anybody works there? Because our credit card was charged twice when you charged a huge amount to move our booking due to COVID. And now againn we cannot travel due to restrictions in both countries and we have no answer whatsoever. No service, but very well charged for nothing. Is not the first time we have problems with Yachtico. And what about the review below that they don't feel responsible for anything they offer? They are just an agency without customer service at your own LUCK....good luck dealing with them. We are never booking again with this company. Much better to find a local company wherever you go .

worst experience ever. I'm super disappointed from Zizoo. The salesperson made a lot of promises, response time was bad, furthermore is was hard to get the sales agent on the phone. In the end, I invested a lot of time to get a short notice cancellation for my boat charter. On top: the booking process on the website contains wrong and old information. website is not stable. Zizoo is definitely a startup NOT to take into evaluation when you want to charter a boat.
I booked a yacht via Yachtico in Spain, received an order conformation and wired them a downpayment of more than 900 Euros. A few days later I was informed about an error in their booking system (yacht not available). No word of excuse in the email. Upon calling them, I was told they felt not responsible for the booking system error. Obviously, I should have been thankful that they made the effort to offer me other (more expensive) yachts (?). Keep your fingers crossed that I will get my downpayment back.
First time we booked a boat with great assistance of the service team. 100% recommended. Will book again through their platform.
