Great lab with great staff!

The circa 300 photos I manually edit and upload one by one to their in-house machine didn't work due to system failure. Fair enough, computer problems happen and so I go home and upload them to their website. When I pick them up, they tell me the photos are not ready. I insist they must be as is stated on my receipt; could they please double check. No , they don't want to check. I should read the paper (which does state they are finished). This goes back and forth several times, the two women still refuse to check the computer or the lab. I ask how long approximately, thinking I could wait in the area rather than have to make the trip the next day. Again, they don't want to find out. Suddenly, one of the women turns around, sees a mega pile of photos lying on the ledge RIGHT BEHIND them, which, low and behold, are mine. Fair mistake, but seriously why the attitude?! Life is too short for such behavior. If you want unprofessional, exceedingly slow service with a dose of unfriendliness, get your photos developed here.

Never again! There are better, trustable and cheaper options in Berlin for film developing.
