I did all of A2 and B1 with Transmitter and loved the dynamic, interactive and fun classes. The teachers are good with explaining concepts and make sure that you really understand. It is a fresh and modern inclusive environment, open minded and safe space. I like that classes are kept small and we would often play little games to retain the new vocabulary and grammar. Classes went by fast with the many activities. As someone who teaches languages I understand it is of key importance to have your students do as much speaking practice as possible - the activities and exercises focused heavily on this. Highly recommend!

I took classes already at two other (and very well known) language schools in Berlin before Transmitter and I can now say it is more or less up to YOU to improve your German if you are going to one of these tops schools. So what makes one school better than others is, in my understanding, their approach to actually having you there. And this is why I am really happy I went on with Transmitter. The way they approach you is not only professional, but also very thorough and caring. They make sure you get what you need in best possible way. Also, if you are especially new in Berlin, I definitely can say their attitude helps you feel home already -which can be a big relief here :) And this makes Transmitter a true gem! Also, special thanks to Luisa from the office for her patience and incredible help upon my registration during this hard time due to restrictions. She is the best!

Vu is a brilliant teacher! Due to the pandemic, I attended the course online, but it did not impact on the quality of the course. Time flies in the class and it's never boring. Highly recommended!

An oasis in the heart of Neukölln! I took B1/B2 level classes with Hanno and Annalena in 2017 and 2018 - both teachers were fantastic. Engaging lessons, chill atmosphere, excellent pace.
