Excellent audio equipment made in Germany. We have two Rockster Go at home, the in-ear headphones move and move bt (Bluetooth), and a subwoofer for our surround system. And I have appetite for more. I think Teufel is doing an excellent good job in terms of design in combination with accurate and powerful sound. If you are looking for real quality, not cash & carry market common products, this is the place to go. Go there. Listen carefully. And don't listen to your tech-buddy who thinks he's an expert. If he doesn't understand Teufel is extra-ordinary, well, dump him.
Good sound quality and prices. Unfortunately one plastic piece on my headphones got broken. First I contacted the customer service but was not offered any satisfying solution. After couple of days I received an email from the shop manager who was willing to help me and in the end my broken headphones where replaced with new ones. One star less for the customer service.

Staff is very friendly and competent. You can try out the speakers with your own music. Makes me want some teufel speaker even more.
