I had a free appointment to discuss my tinnitus (from a recent SSHL diagnosis). I was impressed by the honesty, and patience given. Dominic is very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the inner workings of the ear and answer all my questions without rushing me out the door. The staff were very friendly and it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

i went there because of my problems with tinnitus. my experience was that terzo is very professional and that the employees are friendly! one thing i appreciated a lot was the time and care they gave me, no rush or impatience while listening to my ideas etc. also suitable for international people cause terzo have english-speaking employees. //niklas from sweden
