Really good hat store with typical Western as well as a large range of non-Western hats available. Friendly staff, but a little limited on the larger sizes.
My second time in this shop so far and I wouldn't be so particular if it wasn't for the second bad experience. I came in to buy a Panama hat for my trip to Australia around 3 weeks ago. Once I entered the shop I noticed a lady shouting at some guy who I think was a stuff member. I could see that he tried to calm her down. Lady looked very angry and not welcoming as you can imaging. I stood there with another two people not sure of what was going on. I saw more stuff members involved who called her Daniele. I don't know if she was a store manager. I left the shop because my time was running out and decided to come later. I came again last Monday and found out two members busy with people. Few guys were trying the hats on their own. The same lady stood by the table and looked very unexcited. She was staring in the middle of the table which seemed to me as if she was somewhere else. At the same time someone left the shop and the security gates are rung. It didn't bother anyone including the lady, she remained in the same position while filling the caps with the paper, looking nowhere. When I moved towards her, she quickly walked to the back of the shop and left through the back door. They say - third time lucky. Not here.
Excellent shop and very helpful and friendly lady shop assistant made my purchase a pleasure. Would certainly shop here again. Thank you
