Hatte meine ersten Sohlen damals bei einem Fitting bei Komsport gekauft und war seither sehr zufrieden. Nun hatte ich für meine neuen Schuhe ebenfalls neue Sohlen bestellt und es gab Probleme mit der Zustellung. Darauf hatte ich beim Support angerufen und das Thema wurde so schnell und kundenfreundlich gelöst, dass ich bereits am nächsten Tag die Sohlen hatte (nach Portugal)! Vielen Dank!
