Not my thing but I can imagine some people would really like it. Instead of spending and entire hour doing workout you just spend 15 minutes here. They provide the cloth, towel and even socks. You will have a lot of cables connected to your special vest which can look weird/scary but it's no harm. While doing basic movements you will feel the vibration which you can increase or decrease. The staff will be there with you the whole time. They are very nice.

Friendly personnel, training is very efficient even though it's only 16 minutes and also easy to integrate in your own schedule. Overall nice place!

Very nice gym. Beautiful atmosphere and very hard but motivating work-outs. If you don't believe that 16 minutes of Slim-Gym training are enough then go for it and give it a try! Personal Training Whole body workout 16 minutes Perfect body shape

Kind trainers that really care, no doubt at all. Unfortunately, do the trainings not hold much variety, quite repetitive actually. Also, there is no tracking of your weekly progress ... I kind of start each week over. The worst however is that I tried to step down from the contract the day after I signed it, I was kind of talked into it. They denied my wish as there is no "legal obligation" to do so, well, there might not be, but there is good customer service that support their customers and there are bad companies with awful values that keep customer's against their will. Again, this was a day after I signed, with not one training made! They'd rather keep a customer that changed his mind and does not want to be there for year. Fine, so I started training. 6 months later, I'm leaving town and move to another city...guess what: "As we have no legal obligation, we insist you stay the full length of the contract." Unbelievable! Any other service is more accommodating - even BVG let me off instantly. I'm absolutely amazed about this bad bad customer experience, what a nightmare! Offering me to sell my own contract is a joke ("Kulanz" haha)! Update after reply: I have not made a single training on the signed contract, the trainings before were via Groupon.

Äußerst freundliche Trainer, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Das Training ist sehr intensiv und dementsprechend effektiv! Bin sehr zufrieden und kann es nur empfehlen, wer in kurzer Zeit ein rund-um Workout machen möchte!
