We had to return some ski boots we bought before and the store employees treated us like we were the enemy when they heard this. One of them told us she was impressed by the \stories people can invent\ for returning products while rolling her eyes. They told us that we can only take something else from the store but they completely ignored us after that like we were being punished. We had to search through many many pairs of skis by ourselves even if it was clear some employees were free after they finished helping other customers. I have no idea why someone has to be treated like this when spending 500Eur

They have a lot of things for sale but the store is a real mess just jammed with items everywhere making it almost impossible to find what you're looking for. The skis for example are just piled on top of each other leaning against a wall and you have to dig in the pile yourself to see what they have. On top of that the prices aren't that cheap anyway. There are higher quality ski shops in Berlin that offer a better shopping experience.
The team here are great and very patient - we were there with two kids who wanted to look at every jacket, ski and later snowboard they had!!! We came away with a great result where we bought sone stuff and rented other stuff to keep the cost under control. I highly recommend the shop - they have everything!!!
-Very bad service. - Old stuff. -Some of the stuff they Have, Can you see marks. From Where? I dont know. But it is diffently NOT new. Never go there
If you are looking for second hand equipment that's the place to go. Under ground style with professional advice.
