Awesome! Not the first time they took care of my phone. I only went there to get my ear speaker cleaned. Stayed for a longer chat and was given the opportunity to warm up a little on a freezing day in Berlin. Great service overall and very friendly staff!!

I couldn't ask them to fix my phone only because it is too expensive to fix phones in Germany in general, not the store's fault. I gave 5 stars as they responded to my question super quickly, professionally and friendly (compared with several other well reputated stores) If I need to fix my phone urgently, I will go to them.
Top top service! Gave me 3 options as to what could be wrong with my Google pixel power button, a firm price rate, and it was repaired and ready the next day within budget as promised. I tried doctor handy before these guys and the guy wouldn't even take the job. :/ Thank you!
