the woman near the window was aggressive because I speak German poorly. She does not know a single word in English, I tried to communicate with her in German. You can always smile and politely communicate. She aggressively grabbed my documents and all the time showed her displeasure. Nightmare.

A real pain in the xx. I went to get a new vbb-umweltcard and waited for almost 1 hour so that they could tell me that the printer for the new cards is not working! The amount of money we pay every month, one would at least hope that there is enof left for a small sign once in a while to let people know if they should wait or go to another location.
