Unfortunately TERRIBLE experience. I will really not recommend any one to go to this place at least not for fixing a hard drive. I gave my hard drive to this place exactly on 11.07.2018 (it was summer!). Today on 01.10.2018 I got my completely unrepaired device back (it is nearly winter!). Meanwhile I have been to this shop thousand times to ask how is it going on with my hard drive. I got different answers each time: I am warm and sweaty and the weather is really hot and I can not concentrate.. I am stressed and I can not concentrate.. I was very busy and so on. They had to buy many things from different places each time and I happily collaborated with them and agreed to pay for the pieces because I really wanted my drive to be fixed. (I paid around 170n Euro already). Each time I went there the shop owner gave me an excuse for not solving the issue but he never contacted me to tell me that something went wrong and we need to do exactly what to fix the issue. I mean the shop owner could easily tell me at some point that he can not or doesn't want to fix it!! I needed to go to the shop each time when I didn't get any news from them for weeks after weeks. Finally after a lot of back and fort I decided to get back my drive and try to fix it somewhere else and now I have to really hope that they treated my drive somehow in a way that someone else can still fix it.

Ich hatte das Geschäft aufgesucht, da nach dem Urlaub unsere beiden Mini-SD-Karten - mit allen Urlaubsbildern- nicht mehr lesbar waren. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten kompetent und waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen kleinen Wartebereich mit Sesseln und einem kostenlosen Trinkwasserspender. In meinem Falle war der Ablauf wie folgt: Die Karten wurden sofort geprüft, nach etwa einer Viertelstunde erhielt ich eine Einschätzung, ob die Daten nach erster Prüfung wiederherstellbar sind. In meinem Fall war die Wiederherstellung einer Karte wahrscheinlich, die der anderen eher nicht. Die Einschätzung war zutreffend, nur eine Karte konnte letztendlich wiederhergestellt werden. Anders als bei Angeboten von anderen, von mir ausgesuchten Anbietern, wurde die reine Prüfung nicht berechnet-ich mußte nur die wiederhergestellte Karte bezahlen. Der entsprechende Preis war mit 30 Euro völlig in Ordnung und das günstigste Angebot, das ich im Bereich Lichtenberg gefunden habe. Die Bearbeitung /Wiederherstellung dauerte in meinem Falle ca. 2 Wochen.

Erfolgreiche Datenrettung einer externen Seagate Festplatte, die nicht mehr angesprochen werden konnte. Es versuchten sich an der Festplatte im vorfeld vergeblich Freunde mit diversen Tools und alles ohne Erfolg. Einen großen Dank nochmals an das Redisk Team
