Living for more than 1 month without a tap in the kitchen... do they care? not at all... they have their money, it's all they want. Email after email, pictures after pictures, and nothing, no solutions, no feedback, ghosting people... If you can, avoid

I love the place! They have a very nice interesting group of people from various countries. highly recommended for networking ... there is always something happening ... the building is new and has everything you need to not worry about anything in Berlin and just focus on work and have fun

When I moved in, the vacuum and washing machine was broken. Contacted Quarters, and they told me that everyone is complaining about it and they can't fix it for everyone. I mean like SERIOUSLY?? I just moved in that shouldn't be my problem!!

I have never felt the need to write a negative review on Google before. Nothing has ever been that bad that I needed to warn people. Moving to Quarters was the biggest mistake I have ever made and an incredibly stressful experience. I have had sleepless nights - this company owes me EUR 1400 as I had to end my contract after 48 hours of living in this flat. The customer service has been NON EXISTENT. I have not received any response back from them, having chased them for over a month now to return my deposit and unused rent since I ended the contract early due to the state of the flat. As it is I was very hesitant moving there initially because I had read a couple of scary reviews. But I really hoped the horror stories weren't true as the rooms just looked so great. I wish I had listened to my gut and what people had written on here about them keeping your money. Even before I had moved in the customer service was horrific. Very quick to take your money, incredibly slow to deliver any kind of service. I was never allowed to view the property. The only way to view it is to book and pay. There was absolutely no guidance on how the move-in day will work even after emailing several times. It was incredibly stressful from the start, coming from abroad, I received a pdf only on the actual move in date with some instructions on how to REMOTE move-in. No assistance what so ever. I hope nobody else has to go through the stress I have. I am now preparing myself for the judicial dunning procedure so that I can get my money back. Note: I moved to their Klara-Franke-Straße residence but this review is focused on QUARTERS customer service.

Amazing place! I have lived at Quarters and I would definitely recommend it to everyone, especially to those who are new to Berlin as I was and do not know anyone. Great international vibe and great people.. The management is very supportive and deals with any issues promptly and effectively keeping the co-living experience to a very high standard.. LOTS OF FUN AND CRAZY PARTIES every week! Convenient location close to tube, supermarket and plenty of Kebab shops to feed you when coming back home late at night. Personally, I have had an amazing experience at Quarters and hope you will have one too. Ciao :)
