The receptionist was very rude. In their website they say that they have an akut-sprech hours (emergency), when I asked her whether I can benefit from these hours she told me that I can not without giving me any reason. Then, I asked her what would happen if every praxis declines me like that, and she said that she doesn't care. While I was talking and asking other questions, she said good-bye and hang-up. That's sad.

The receptionist was very rude. I asked her very kindly if she spoke English in German to which she said \yes\. So I proceeded asking her the next question and she said \I cannot understand your English\ repeatedly even though I spoke very slowly and very simply. Not sure why there is such need to be so rude to someone whom you have never met and genuinely needs medical help?
