I am not happy with the reactivity of this Agency. They offered me one schedule to visit the flat, but i could not come that day at that time and asked for an other one. They told me they would come back to me with an other schedule. I came back to them by myself after 2 days because nobody wrote me back very quickly.... And they actually answered my email one week later telling me the flat was not available anymore. I also tried to call them many time during that week, i called everyday ...and nobody took the phone.
