We are actually happy with our stay at this nice hostel: competent staff, very good breakfast, near metro station. There're clean rooms, fast Wlan, free parking, own security service, and not costy at all. You're looking for a nice hotel with everything you really need? This is the perfect choice. We'll stay here again.

Great location With excellent public transportation just in front of the Hotel, it takes only 15 minutes to the Center of Berlin Alexanderplatz. Free parking & WiFi as well a welcome Coffee are the best services of the Hotel. The Price is very cheap for all business, Privet, students, or family trips. Stuff are friendly, and trying their bests to serve the guest. 24/7 reception and privet security personal. Highly recommended ️
Actually I want to give 0 star but unfortunately cant. So warm water was not available and thats why I complained but till 2 Days(during my stay) no changes at all. Was really fed up of the arrogant staff. Also the gatekeeper himself serves and comes to room if any technical problem is there which makes no sense. To put it into 2 words : SCAM HOTEL. BE AWARE !!!!!
NO GO: Horrible hotel. Dirty and smelly rooms, floors and „entrance hall“. It seems that the owner wants to make as much money as possible before this building gets demolished..
If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this hostel is ok. There are a lot of different people hanging out around this huge hostel, Also many security guards. But the Rooms have good beds, toilet and shower.
This hotel is absolutely excellent. Architecture and design is great. I enjoyed my time there very much. The staff is friendly and cooperative and does always its best to make the vacationers happy. The service so nice and really perfekt. we loved the service team :).
Don't stay here!!!!! Worst hotel i've been to. Wifi doesn't work, sometimes we didn't have water and the lift broke the first day we came. We needed to use the stairs while we were staying in the 6th floor. The security guy was more than arogant to us. Never again!!!!
Total disaster! Bad localization. The receptionist didn't even know if there were towels in the bedroom when I asked her! Then she gave us a key to an occupied room (we discovered later, when people shouted from inside the bedroom while we were trying to open the door). We had to come back to the reception and she gave us the correct key. The bedroom and the bathroom are very simple, there are not many furnitures. The radiator didn't work, it was really cold inside the bedroom. All the building smells smoke, even though there are signs to do not smoke inside it. And... There are no elevators! The building has more than 5 floors and the only access to them are the stairs! Horrible place.
