export of car to europe. The way they are communicating on email is not very good but if you have joyce on whatsapp this is very helpful. I had two issues on my shipment the first was that BERLIN did not settle full amount to MAERSK in the full amount so I ended up staying for another night in the Harbor with extra hotel cost etc for no reason... the second issue was that when they packed the car they need one window open But I don’t understand why didn’t you just stick your plastic on the windows avoid the interior smelling of diesel from two months on the sea so I’m not sure if I would recommend to use them, but again I don’t know what options you have

Finding a good car shipping company is always difficult, but I am very happy to have gone with Berlin Motors to transport my BMW from Dubai to Germany. From the moment the car was taken over from the seller in Dubai to the point when it was delivered to my garage in Germany, everything went perfectly smooth and without an issue! It couldn't have gone any better! The communication was on point and very professional, all of the details that were discussed prior were kept. Thanks again to the team in Berlin and Dubai for making this easy and smooth process. Keep up the good work!
Berlin motors is an outstanding company! They took care of my car from start to finish. They also kept me informed and provided photos before and after the homologation process. The prices for me was very good as well. I was actually surprised by how cheap it was for the homologation process itself. I highly recommend!
I shipped my car with them from UAE to Germany and had the worst experience. Initially the sales team in Dubai took the time to prepare a quote and requested for documents to verify that the car would be approved in Germany. Once everything was confirmed and handed over to Berlin motors, I must say their internal process was horrible. When the documents and car was handed over to the team in Germany the proper documents were not handed over to their team, it turns out that they had mis-quoted and not done the pre-checks and now that the car was in Germany, they said there was additional testing and certificates which need to be done and that they would not be able to do them in their Berlin facility. Then they went on to charge an exuberant amount to ship it to their other facility to do the necessary inspection. Dealt with extremely unprofessional and unhelpful team that only cared about getting their money and not providing a quality service. I would not recommend Berlin Motors to anyone even if they offer the cheapest quotes. Which ended up being more expensive than all other quotes I had received.
