Awesome people, great service, and a wonderful experience - thank you! Our espresso machine stopped working (an old Saeco). I popped in spontaneously and within minutes the team had it working again. As it was a simple and very quick repair the owner did not want to charge me anything, even though I'd expected a charge and had offered to pay … alongside the friendly support, I see this as a strong indication of an honest and trustworthy operation. I recommend them highly.

This morning the coffee automate broke down. Looked like no coffee for quite some time. A desaster. Best advice in this situation ? \Dont dispair try Kaffee Bärlin\ These guys are unbelivable! In 2 min they came up with an unconventional, but brilliant solution. Now the machine is as good as new. Thousand thanks for your help.
