My friend recommended this salon to me as apparently the stylists are great and that they speak perfect English. My friend was always served in English. I called in today and asked very politely, if I can speak with someone in English and a lady who picked up passed the phone to a man. I asked if I could make an appointment, but I couldn’t hear anything and he hang up on me. I called the second time and I recognized that this was the same person and asked nicely if I can make a booking. He spoke back to me in German and as I can’t speak German I didn’t understand and I asked if he can speak English. He then said: “Where are we? In Germany. What language do we speak in Germany? Yes, German!”. And he hang up on me again. I was shocked. I understand that we are in Germany, however there is no need to be so nasty, unhelpful and unwelcoming. Especially that clearly you can speak English. Sad, but I will never go to this salon. You just lost a potential customer. Best of luck.

I totally recommend it!!! Great service, the people are super friendly and lovely, and I'm now extremely happy with my new hairstyle! I can't recommend this place enough! :D My hair is really dark and thick (takes forever to bleach), plus, it had some old highlights on it. I went for a purple ombré, and the result was better than expected, it looks I came straight from a pinterest post! \u003c3

Toller Friseurbesuch - ich habe ganz spontan da angehalten, weil am Fenster ein Schild hing "aktuell keine Wartezeiten". Innerhalb von 10min war ich dran. Benno war sehr nett und entspannt, Hatte Ratschläge zu problematischer Kopfhaut/ Haaren (mal sehen, wie sich das zu Hause entwickelt). Am Ende waren meine Haare sehr schön! Vielen Dank!
