BE CAREFUL!!!! THEY STEAL YOU AND IT IS A FRAUD I have booked a ticket for a concert last week. I came to my pick my ticket in alexanderplatz (eventually before paid) and they told me that it was sold out. No ticket for me and that I should buy a new ticket in box office and the will refund me. Box office was of course sold out. They mentioned that it was a \technical failure\ and they will refund me. I am still waiting for my money (lost and stolen). Please do not buy here. Be careful!!!!
Wrost place to buy tickets in Berlin. The place is totally unorganized, the workers are not even 1% simpatic. The flyer inform you that the place opens at 12:30, the girl arrived just at 13h and when I complained she said it was not right and the Flyer was more then one year old. Until now they haven't atualized anything. It's just useless.
Ordered some tickets to Die Antwoord and they inexplicably sent as printed tickets instead or print@home, and they never arrived. I had to buy them again at their office in Berlin, at a educed\ price when they should've been free. Buyer beware!
Very convenient location at the Zoo and better prices than their competitors. Last minute offers is a nice feature for theater fans.
