They sent me a contract to rent an apartment and I accepted everything. We even arranged the signature date but they canceled the contract without talking me and without any reason. After then I learned the reason that I asked a question as \Is there any option to cover the expenses of the parquet\. The funny part is; another employee of the company suggested this question! Because of this question they canceled the contract! Even I said I accepted the apartment as it is. Because of them, I missed a few apartments. Being trustful is not this!

Also ich bin 2 Jahre Mieter bei dieser Verwaltung gewesen und kann die anderen Bewertungen keinesfalls nachvollziehen. Klar dauert die Klärung von Anliegen manchmal ein paar Tage, doch die Leute sind erreichbar und melden sich auch zurück. Es wird an Lösungen im Sinne der Mieter gearbeitet, doch natürlich muss eine VERWALTUNG ebenso die Interessen der Eigentümer vertreten.. hierfür fehlt vielen Mietern m.E. einfach das Bewusstsein. Mein Mietverhältnis war von konstruktivem Umgang miteinander geprägt und alle Vorgänge wurden korrekt und zeitnah, und vor allem nachvollziehbar erledigt- gerade in diesem Punkt habe ich in 15 Jahren wohnen in Berlin teilweise GANZ ANDERE Erfahrungen gemacht. Von mir eine klare Weiterempfehlung!
