Really good and authentic Japanese ramen. The menu was not extensive but enough. Service was super friendly and fast.

We had two ramen and gyozas for delivery. The separate packaging of the soup is really thoughtful. The taste was good too! Though it could have had more depth in the soup base. We especially liked the well seasoned egg and the great charred flavor of the cha su.

We have ordered almost every time they delivered to Potsdam. Their ramen is properly done and the broth is great! (I like thick broths.) Everything is packaged very well for delivery. Since ramen broth is supposed to be served very hot, and the ingredients (especially the noodles) cannot be soaked for too long, we were happy to see them packed separately. This made the reheating easy, and the result is fresh and perfect hot ramen! I have eaten ramen in restaurants in 7 or 8 cities across 3 continents, and Hage ramen is amongst my top choices.

Went there for lunch and we had Torikotsu and Miso Ramen. Both dishes were delicious and quite authentic. One thing I disliked was the fact that I ordered the Miso Ramen as a extra big portion, which you can choose as an extra and you are charged 3 Euros additionally. I must say that this option was not worth paying for. There were more noodles but not more broth - didn't make me happy. However, all in all it is worth a try. Delicious Ramen and nice staff and good pricing for what you get. Definitely recommended! During lunch there might be a short wait but there is a continual coming and going, so you shouldn't wait too long.

We were two people and ordered Tan Tan and Shio Ramen with one extra egg and Edamame as well as Kimchi (it was more, I just took the photo after we already ate half of the sides). Although it is more on the pricey side, I really liked it. The broth is full-bodied and you can actually choose a flavor, toppings, extra garlic and add spice by choice - kind of like a selfconstructed ramen. It was very filling for me and the service was also very kind. The interior is very minimalistic but cute. They also host Japanese popculture-based events from time to time like the \Maid Café\ or the upcoming Halloween cosplay gathering if you are interested. Fun fact: Hage means being bald and they offer a 10% discount for bald people.
