Not equipped to take newborn photos. After we showed him the cropped ear, he said i l take new ones without additional cost. When we went back the guy says, I never said that. They have a good studio but service can be better, especially to non-German people.

Did the job. Nice photo. BUT... Unhappy and unfriendly service. Typical German Box-thinking. My way / right way/ your way/ wrong way. I am a very conscientious person and quite sensitive to bad service. I was happy to get out of there. Paid for the photo, but because of the bad energy have gone to another friendlier place to have that in my Passport (right around the corner). When I travel, I want good energy with me and not be reminded each time of an unpleasant situation.
