The way they treat their teachers is completely unprofessional and inhuman. The only thing they care for is money. I would not recommend them. they have completely lost their passion and their mind.

Horrible experience! I went to the studio 2 weeks ago to try it out as I had it included in my USC subscription. When I came, I was told that booking via USC is not a reservation and if a class is overbooked, they cannot let me in even though I have a CONFIRMED BOOKING with USC (they obviously did not understand the system with USC and blame THEM for this, I will send complaint that this studio is deleted from USC for not respecting their rules). I was not the only one coming with same problem so they seem to have it already long time but they dont care for peoples time and effort to come to classes they booked but cannot attend as the studio is chaotic and greedy to earn as much as they can with those coming directly. Totally inacceptable!

Went last week there. I had booked a place for Hip Hop dance with Urban Sports Club. When I arrived, they let me know that I cannot attend because the class was full! For some of you who may know, I had a \booking\ for this class, it wasn't \scheduled\, thus I was supposed to be dancing! So, I've been \kicked out\ politely and guess what, I have a o-show\ now! When you have a o-show\ in USC you are supposed to pay a 13 euros penalty (it was my first ever so, I wasn't been charged anyway). I still try to resolve this situation with USC because apparently it wasn't my fault... I give 2 stars and not just 1 because at least the girl at the front desk was polite and later when I sent an email to let them know what has happened with USC, they replied fast

It's a professional dance school but not great for beginners. The class I joined was going too fast and the instructor wasn't giving much feedback. The receptionist was quite rude and impatient about USC questions. Good to know but not once more.
