An outstanding kindness, helpfulness and efficiency which I rarely found in any other public office! I went to the records office to renew my passport, they were absolutely on time with the appointment, I had a new passport in 30 mins from the arrival and they also managed to do for me something extra that would have required another appointment! I would put 10 stars if it was possible!

In there site clearly stands that it is just necessary 1 parent to renew child's passport. And later at the embassy they ask for both parents signatures. When you go to ask about this to them they are very rude and don't want to give you any explanation with the excuse that because you are in the embassy of Italy you are suppose to just speak italian (even though you are in Germany and you are trying to communicate in german). Worse service ever!

I contacted the Italian embassy via email, I submitted all documents, they were very helpful, they set an appointment via phone for my passport renewal, in particular Mr. Martino Boccignone, he was so friendly over the phone and he took his time to explain everything to me in details. I met him again on our scheduled appointment in the embassy, super friendly and a real gentleman, and in just less than 10 mins I got my new passport issued. Thank you SO much for the great and professional service.
The events they organize here are very interesting and the invitees are usually noteworthy experts in their field. They are an excellent networking opportunity as there is always an \apperitivo\ after where you can meet all sorts of guests.
