They r like illiterate not professional. I wanted to buy abo tickets and I said them I am sending my "meldebeschinigung " in Emails. And one good Lady said its not possible, I need the original..... Its very funny. Horrible service. People don't even think that this kind of non professional service is possible in Deutschland. Shame.....

To my experience, I haven't had any issues with this place. They are usually to the word on their rules and regulations. As far as one qualifies with those terms, there are no hurdles. They do speak basic English and few others are multilingual. Some of them do give out a vibe of unfriendliness, but I ain't looking for any royal treatment. The level of customer service they provide is quite sufficient.

We had 2 Tandems with us, our traintickets needed to be chanced because of the bikes (they take a bit more space than 2 normal bikes). 2 Of the 3 servicepersones simply answered there was no place anymore for the bikes to get to our location on the IC trains. That we could taken the regional trains (a 9hours and half with 4 changes in stations). The first person was already short with us, but the second was simply rude, thinking we couldn't understand Deutsch and asking her collegue 'aren't those 2 the ones with the tandems, what don't they understand, there is no place...'. She said that her collegue next to her already said it wasn't going to work. After waiting for half an hour outside, my husband tried for the last time (in that time, we searched for possibilities). The man who was willing to help, really searched and got us, not even 2 legal places for both tandems, also a shorter ride, less than 6 hours and a half. I'm glad we were persistent and in this way, very gratefull for the man in loket number 12 for helping us out.

I'm still waiting for the refund for my cancelled train. Always have a "plan B" (like FlixBus) if you travel with Deutsche Bahn

The connection between Frankfurt oder and Berlin is a joke. You can never depend on them, they have been making renovations of the tracks every month since 5 years. Train are all the time delayed or canceled. Use anything else but deutsche Bahn.

The worst experience in Germany, the quintessence of the terrible Deutsche Bahn service. I had bought a train ticket with a flexible fare and I was informed that I could travel with no additional costs with any train if I miss my connection. When I arrived what a dela, in Berlin, I was forced to pay anyway (50 EUR for a new ticket). WHERE IS THE FLEXIPREIS?? I will never travel with DB again.
