The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are basic but enough to have a coffee and wait for your train.
Canadian traveler here. It is located on the next floor up from the main floor. Next to the main DB ticket/service booth. Apon arrivel you have to show your first class ticket. As I explore the place more. I saw that there is a second section further in the back with another check point. I guess the front section I was sitting in was the DB member section. The area is self-service for drinks and no snacks as far I notice. Since I had first class tickets. I checked into the back first class section. First impression was that it was less crowded and there was DB servers walking around. The DB server offer us a options of pastry or sandwich. She also took my drink order. If you bought first class it's worth checking out, but don't based buying first class tickets on this extra benefit. If you enjoy my reviews, please check out my YouTube food channel!

Been here once with first class ticket 6 months ago, but today denied to enter the lounge due to supersparpreis ticket. But still we bought a FIRST CLASS and more expensive, ridiculous!! Need to report this to the high ups.
