Today I stopped by the Smart showroom to buy a Taschenlampe for my son. Der Herr in the Reception desk was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate his support.

Keep away. Very unprofessional. Paid Over 450 Euro for a large service and additionally for the aircondition, which was not functioning. They did not even check the tire pressure (!), which was pretty low, that is already telling how much care and time they invested in the expensive \large service\. My aircon did also not work afterwards. So 2. appointment. Then they told me that its maybe a sensor, which would cost additionally 300 Euro, but they are not sure. Its a Smart aircondition, not a space shuttle. Drain your pocket, while nothing is done on the car. Waste of time and money.

Nice service. Competent. In comparison to other smart centers they have good knowledge of electric smarts. Mr. Thieme was responsible for our vehicles repair, he did a good job!

unfähig. scheduled a test drive. received a text confirmation. when we arrived the dealer was open, but a legal holiday. no one called us to apologise or make it right for wasting our time. stay clear.

What a waste of time. I needed a key to be reprogrammed and if I wanted it to be fixed there and then there was a wait time of 1 1/2 hours and was told it would be better to make an appointment. When I turned up for my appointment I was told that I would have to wait for two hours. What upset me the most was the arrogance of all that I met. Customer service was not in evidence.
