Canceled my test within 3 hours. Despite multiple mentions of it being possible to cancel on their website and in their own English email communications, they have decided to ignore me completely on all channels. Edit: I did reach out to them but have not heard back. One of your team members even told them to respond but they still haven't.

Well organized, quick and polite. Queuing, Reception and the actual test took just ten minutes. Received the result just twenty minutes later.

Typical Berlin, Extremely unprofessional! I called asking regarding the test and using it for traveling, the man on the telephone told me ‘yeah it’s fine for traveling.’ Turns out that it wasn’t and cost us nearly 1000 euros for new flights and tests. Instead of the man just saying that each country has different regulations and you may need a PCR test... Better yet, I call again once reaching our destination and just get an angry lady on the phone telling me that the man would have never told this and it’s all my fault and I should have informed myself better... I tried to, that’s why I called. Once again, typical angry Berlin customer service. A complete waste of time and money on an unbelievable level. But, their nice little DIY window test cabins were cute... typical Berlin, poorly constructed office, poorly constructed team, poorly constructed business. Once again, never rely on any information a German gives you. I may as well have asked the person at Bauhaus.

I've spesifically asked if I can travel with the test results and the answer was yes. Today I was rejected by Turkish Airlines, since this lab's Schnelltest results are not accepted. I missed my flight, probably I am going to miss 2 meetings. I am extremely disappointed since this all could've been avoided if I was given correct information. I asked for a refund - not because of the money itself, just to make sure people who need to travel will not be misinformed by this lab's personnel. Regards Edit 1- Refund process was quick. Their management is very nice. Personnel obviously needs more training and they accept their responsbility. Thanks

They say that there are no queues, there are queues, long queues, with not much distance between people. I didn't bother going to my appointment because of this. It's stupid! Waste of 50 euro!

Very fast, however I got that my test was "inconclusive" and that I should take a PCR test! There was no disclaimer that this could happen before I took the test, so this was a nice waste of money.
