ANOTHER USEROF

I am doing a B2,C1 6 months course in CBW , Tauentzienstrasse 15, 10789 Berlin. I have attended other institutions for German language before, in Berlin. I am so pleasantly surprised and so thrilled in this place. The 2 receptionists are the first point of contact and they are very nice. They are pleasant, polite, professional and on top of that very helpful. Though they speak in German, once they see you may be struggling they bring out a diverse bouquet of languages that you can easily talk n like Italian, English, Afrikanns and certainly more. I have seen this kind of friendliness elsewhere in Berlin vey rarely. The course guidance counsellor, Ms. Sandra Korikowtski, was also very good. She is easy going and makes you feel easy too. She explained about the whole course, the options and the procedures in detail and is willing to help you fit into the right course with ease. She shows great humor, patience and thorough professionalism all at once. She also speaks several languages, though she insists to speak in German so that she gives you an opportunity to practice, but switches and helps as soon as you struggle. When the management is so flexibe, friendly , accomodating and want to be part of your sucess, I can only imagine that the teachers would definitely aslo be a step ahead. If you feel lost in your hunt for a good school for furthring your skills or language in Berlin, I would definitely point you to this place.
