If google would allow me to give 0.5 star rating then it would be more realistic in terms of my experience with this shop. I would never recommend to buy from this shop or use their service. Their delivery times, transparency, and customer service range from horrible to non-existent. After paying for the item, which was in stock, it remained for 7 days \being prepared\ and no updates whatsoever. Phone lines are of course busy so there is no possibility to have customer support by phone. By email, they sent me 2 identical automated replies after I inquired 2 times about the delay with 4 days in-between. Then they stopped replying. Now no customer service by email and by phone and they have your money and you don't have whay you paid for. The 1 star goes for the seamless cancellation that went smoothly, and it didn't take much time for them to send me the refund. They just wasted my time... If I had ordered from another shop I would have had a lead time of at least 5 days. If I had to choose a word that best describes this shop, I would go for 'dysfunctional'. I would highly recommend for any business with such a horrible service to shutdown. Why should a dysfunctional shop continue to operate and bottleneck other people's progress?

At first I was very frustrated with delivery services and long handling times. However, customer support (Mike) was very helpful and helped to solve outstanding issues. Cant give more than 4 stars due to my initial negative experience, but overall I would recommend this company to anyone, who is looking for a PC tech to buy. Firstly, they often have stock of scarce products, then the price is slightly better than eslewhere.
