Definitly better than the other mexican chain restaurants in Berlin . I had the burrito with ground beef together with guacamole, sour cream and bean paste which has been spicy and tasty. The food always arrives in no time. Cocktails are also good, service friendly. Its not the best mexican food I've ever had but Not the worst either. If you want to go for a quick and tasty bite, you can definitly try Cancun

Food was ok although the Fajitas were covered with some strange sauce. However the biggest issue we had tonight is that almost all the waiters were either not wearing a mask at all or under the nose or even under the chin. One does not feel safe here! I highly discourage a visit until the restaurant has implemented safe practices.
this place has a really good location, but I the food there is not so good, and overall it feels like it is a tourist place. If you are tourist I would recommend to visit other places, if you are Berliner don't even go there, there are better places in the area
This restaurant was very appalling in respect to service, food and staff attitude. When we were seated, the staff ignored us on many occasions and took upwards of about 30mins before taking our orders. On top of that, the food was in no way authentic Mexican food and seemed like most of the meals were heated up in a microwave before serving. I was very surprised about the speed at which we received our orders, which made me question the legitimacy of the establishment. To make things worse, halfway through eating our meals, I noticed mice coming out from within the restaurant. This was very off putting to me, as they were roaming around outside the restaurant, also distracting the other customers. Hygiene seemed to be a problem for this restaurant, as none of the staff members were wearing face coverings to protect their customers. Staff members had been questioned about it but dismissed people's concerns for the need to wear masks. When paying for the bill, the staff members were demanding that we pay 10% extra as tip. Given the fact that tipping is not mandatory in Germany and how I felt about the food and establishment, I refused to pay the tip. I was met with aggression and insults, whilst they insisted that I owe them tip for their services. Eventually I was told never to come back, and it is the same advice I would give to others.. never to consider eating at this establishment. Not worth the money, stress and time.
