It's really boring, there is no style or fashion in clothings it's more like discounter and quality is pretty low

Good winter collection. Some of the staff spoke English - the cashier was very friendly. There's a charging station for mobile phones outside the fitting room. The store though has a weird layout which makes navigating through sections a bit annoying.

Leider ist das Personal genauso flexibel wie ein Betonblock. Ja die Situation mit Corona ist für alle nicht so einfach.Aber anstatt sich zu bemühen eine Lösung zu finden wird die Aussage können wir nicht, das geht nicht. Da können wir nichts machen Gebersmühlenartig wiederholt. Obwohl durchaus mit etwas geistiger Beweglichkeit eine Lösung gefunden hätte werden können wie man die Reklamation abwickeln hätte können auch OHNE das ich den Laden selber betrete. Das ist kein Kundenservice und auch nicht wirklich förderlich für die customer expirence. Vor allem da andere Läden wesentlich mehr bemüht sich Lösungen zu finden die, auch in dieser Zeit, praktikabel sind.
