Excellent service from competent, patient employees. They take time to understand your requirements, and help you pick the right gear for you. Yes, they have to order things (and at peak times like Christmas it takes a couple days), but the value of the advice and help in setting up board, bindings etc is definitely worth it. Big thanks to Tom for helping me get sorted! 100% recommend!

Worst experience ever. Were in the shop last Friday and ordered a pair of snowboard boots and a binding to be delivered into the shop. Since we are going snowboarding this weekend, we asked whether the equipment would be delivered within a week, and the answer was positive („we will call you within next couple of days“). After no one called until Wednesday evening (4 days!), my husband called the shop and they told us they will check and call us back in a bit. After one hour of waiting, we called again - after waiting on the line for at least 5 more minutes, While they were actually checking, it turned out that the equipment hasn’t yet been delivered (actually, left the warehouse only today). When we asked when it will be delivered, they told us - maybe Friday, which was clearly inaccurate since Friday is a bank holiday in Berlin. So - no equipment for our holiday! If we knew how the customer is treated there, we have simply ordered the equipment online, which I would recommend instead of visiting this shop.
Ordered a pair of flip flops from their website. The first time I got a size that didn't correspond to the one reported on the website. I sent them back giving accurate description of the size I needed. I got the exact same size again. Sent them back, today I received the right size in the wrong color. I just give up because I don't feel like sending the same product back again for the third time but I feel like they've been kidding me
