MEET BLACK BEAR BLACK BEAR FILMFEST is the first genre-filmfestival in Poland. Our mission: to bring you a selection of high quality, contemporary genre films, including thrillers, horror, art house and animation. The festival’s unconventional program is divided into five sections: – FRESH BLOOD competition section for first or second features – MIDNIGHT MADNESS best in thrills and shock cinema – SELECTED FEATURES main program – GET SHORTY best of international genre shorts – KRÓTKIE SZORTY section for Polish genre-shorts The festival's first edition took place December 6 till December 12 2013, at the epic KINOTEKA CINEMA in central Warsaw.
