It is definitely not the best place for buying a wedding dress. Although they made me a discount for the dress (which was expected considering it was from an older collection) they charged me for every single change they made and every time I went to the fitting appointments, there was something that wasn’t properly done and they kept charging me for the “additional changes”. Some of the staff there is really unfriendly and is quite unable to create that magical experience that in my opinion goes with the dress research. Believe it or not, they even charge you if you want to store your dress there for a bit. I had to collect mine in the middle of the COVID pandemic, without entering the shop and without the possibility to try it on after the last changes have been made.

Dear Sibel, thank you so much for your patience and your help with finding my weddingdress yesterday. I didnt think that I would find my dress here in Berlin (I'm living in Holland), but for this price and this look: how can anybody say no to that?? \u003c3 Also Gulcan was super kind to help us even just before the shop closed, because we had to run to get the dress on time.. Balayi Brautmoden Berlin has been extremely professional and helpful upon receiving an inquiry from me regarding two dresses they did not have in store. Within a day they not only responded but also contacted the dress brand and had ordered two sample dresses so I would be able to actually try them on before purchasing. This was really an exceptional service since most other stores will demand that you but the dress before they order one for you, and as a bride you obviously want to try the dress on first. They, particularly Badegül, have been so quick with responses and have my warmest recommendations.
